This custom home at 118 Peninsula Drive is a showcase of how our design-build team brings a client’s unique style to life with precision, collaboration, and attention to detail. From the early planning stages, the homeowners envisioned a clean, modern aesthetic that still felt warm and livable. Our team guided them through a fully personalized process, turning their inspiration into a cohesive architectural and interior design that’s tailored to both their lifestyle and taste.
The exterior draws on classic Lowcountry form with a modern edge; crisp white siding, standing seam metal roofing, and black-framed windows give the home a timeless but contemporary curb appeal. Inside, that modern warmth carries through in every room. A custom slatted wood fireplace wall becomes a sculptural centerpiece in the living area, echoed by matching barn doors and stair details. Wide-plank oak floors, black steel railings, and clean-lined millwork provide a calm, consistent backdrop throughout. In the primary bathroom, soft natural tones meet playful modern touches, like the organically shaped mirror, gold fixtures, and a freestanding tub set into a spa-like wet room. This space, like every corner of the home, reflects a collaborative design process that prioritized form, function, and personal expression; proving how deeply customized a home can be when vision and craftsmanship align.
