Caisson Custom Home

This Custom Home  is being designed and built to meet the buyer’s design goals on a lot with challenging shape and setbacks; the home has outside corners resting within 2″ of the setbacks in many locations. While the lot was challenging, Pendium insured that design creativity was able to circumvent what would have otherwise been unwanted compromises in the plan of the home.
